Ms. Seimei started her career at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (BTMU). She provided financial advice and arranged financial transaction for M&As. She was also engaged in a whole business securitization, turnaround finances, and other many financial transactions. After working for BTMU for 5 years and 8 months, she joined MKS partners Ltd. which is one of the oldest PE fund in Japan and accumulated experience in execution of Buy-out transaction, hands-on management at invested companies and EXIT activity.

Ms. Seimei received BA in Economics from Kyoto University.

Shuichi Matsuzawa
Mr. Matsuzawa worked for Mitsui & Co., Ltd. for 19 years and had various experiences in principal investment and business development in IT industries. Positions at Mitsui included Investment Team Leader of Information, Electronics & Telecommunication Business Unit, General Manager of Business Development at Mitsui Knowledge Industry Co., Ltd. (seconded), and Director of Strategic Business Planning at Nihon Unisys, Ltd. (seconded).
He also had responsibilities as external auditor of ACCA Network Co., Ltd. and Nextcom K.K.
Mr. Matsuzawa received BE in Engineering from University of Tokyo and MBA from Harvard University.

Mr. Katao worked for Sakura Bank (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) for 3 years and then worked for Mitsui & Co., Ltd. for 6 years as a senior advisor. He has 9 years of experience in M&A and principal investment, and has an excellent knowledge about TMT and Service industry.

Mr. Matsumoto serves as CEO at Monex, Inc. since 1999, when he founded the company. He was previously a partner at Goldman Sachs; when he made partner, he was the youngest ever at that time. He serves various public and government positions including appointment of a member of the Economic Council to Prime Minister in 1999. He was also chosen as one of FORTUNE's 25 Rising Stars and a next-generation global leader in 2001.

Izumi Nishizaki

Mr. Nishizaki worked for the Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan (LTCB).He worked as a deputy general manager of the Strategic Planning Department. He executed various strategic initiatives of LTCB. Mr. Nishizaki was Managing Director in charge of M&A practice for UBS, Japan. He built its M&A team, and achieved a top ranking position in Japanese cross-boarder M&A advisory. Mr. Nishizaki was a co-foundeder of Pinnacle Inc, an independent M&A advisory boutique. He personally originated and completed nearly 30 M&A transactions during 5 years of his tenure at Pinnacle. Mr. Nishizaki founded Nimbus Associates in 2010.

Mr. Nishizaki received BA from Hitotsubashi University and MBA from Harvard Business School.

Robert Eu

Mr. Eu serves as a Managing Director, Asia, WR Hambrecht + Co., LLC. He has extensive experience advising Asian companies on strategic and financial solutions. He joined WR Hambrecht + Co in April 1998 from H&Q Asia Pacific, an affiliate of Hambrecht & Quist, where he co-founded and was the Managing Director of the Hong Kong office. He is also Chairman of AEX Enterprises, a holding company whose main operations is Hong Kong-based online securities firm, Boom Securities. Robert is a graduate of Northwestern University with a B.A. in History.

Director, Monex Business Incubation, Inc.
Mr. Aikawa joined Japan Asia Investment Co., Ltd. After engaging in venture capital investment as a general manager, he was in charge of corporate planning such as IPO to Tokyo Stock Exchange project and capital planning. Mr. Aikawa has been a Director of Monex Business Incubation, Inc. since June, 2009. He joined Monex Hambrecht, Inc. in August 2009.

Tsutomu Nakajima

Chairman and Managing Director, Monex International Ltd.
Mr. Nakajima joined The Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan and engage in M&A Business in the USA. After returning, through financial products planning, he was in charge of management integration with a European financial institute as General Manager of investment bank division. He joined Goldman Sachs Japan Co., Ltd. and acted as a financial adviser for public-sector financial institutions. After joining Monex Group, inc., he was assigned to start-up and M&A of group businesses. Mr. Nakajima has been a Chairman & Managing Director of Monex International Ltd. and currently handles Greater China business including Hong Kong. He joined Monex Hambrecht, Inc. in June 2011.

Mr. Nakajima received BA in Economics from University of Tokyo.

Takeshi "TK" Mori
Managing Director, ZenShin Capital Partners.
Mr. Mori Started his career from Hitachi, Ltd. He served as executive vice president of OnFiber Communications Inc funded by premier VC firm in Silicon Valley. He also founded a company which developed the world fastest optical switch. Then, he founded ZenShin Capital in Silicon Valley in 2005. He is a graduate of Tokyo University with a B.A. and Stanford Graduate School of Business with MBA. He joined Monex Hambrecht, Inc. in June 2006.

Mr. Toriumi started his career from Masuda & Ejiri and has been a Partner in 1985. After served as Partner of Asahi Law Offices, Mr. Toriumi joined TMI Associates as a Partner since 2007. He joined Monex Hambrecht, Inc. in June 2011.

Mr. Toriumi is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Waseda University and The University of British Columbia with LL.M.
