in September 2005 as a joint venture of WR Hambrecht + Co. (USA), Monex Group, Inc. and ZenShin Capital. Development Bank of Japan invested us
in January 2007.
We are providing consulting and advisory services for successful M&A in pre and post merger intgration process in addition to research of Open IPO® in Japan.
